New PCI Data Security Standards hit Jan. 1, 2014.

The 3.0 iteration of the PCI Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) and Payment Application Data Security Standard (PA-DSS) will take effect at the start of the new year, according to Chain Store Age.

You will be able to find the updated version on the PCI SSC website. Until then, up to the 31st of December, the 2.0 version will continue to be active.
