Banks Concerned by Lack of Payment Options

According to a recent study by ACI Worldwide, a lack of payment options is becoming a growing concern for banks. The study, which was conducted in late 2014 to key payment decision makers, showed that 75 percent of respondents were concerned about a decreasing customer base if they were unable to keep up with the marketplace.

A key takeaway was that the payment industry is at a potential crossroads and the “Customer is King.” Financial institutions are urged to invest in payments capabilities to keep up with the ever changing market and keep their customers a top priority.
